Payment Terms

All services provided by GrowPeak Media are subject to agreed payment terms. Standard payment structure typically includes:

Advance Payment

Required prior to project commencement.

Balance Payment

Due before final project delivery.

Note: Certain promotional packages may require 100% advance payment.

Refund Policy

Important Notice:

Due to the nature of creative and digital services, refunds are generally not provided once a project has commenced.

Advance payments cover planning, resource allocation, and initial work. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of GrowPeak Media.

Project Cancellation

If cancelled after work begins, the advance is non-refundable, and completed work will be billed accordingly.

Payment Delays

Delays may result in project suspension or delayed delivery until payment is completed.

Final Delivery Policy

Final deliverables will be shared only after the complete payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
